Pittsfield High School Alumni Association
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Pittsfield High School Alumni Association shall be to foster a spirit of loyalty and commitment among Pittsfield High School, the community and the alumni. The Association shall support the continued growth and development of the school, and encourage and coordinate activities that would benefit the interests of Pittsfield High School and the community.
The mission of the Pittsfield High School Alumni Association is accomplished through:
- Fundraising for the purpose of financially supporting Pittsfield High School and its graduates.
- Bestowing graduates of Pittsfield High School with scholarships.
- Maintaining a history of Pittsfield High School.
- Organizing activities such as reunions and community celebrations.
CORE BELIEFS
The Pittsfield High School Alumni Association:
- Believes a lifelong relationship exists between alumni and the school.
- Recognizes the importance of community involvement in the education of the students of Pittsfield High School.
- Believes alumni must contribute actively to the development of the school.
- Acknowledges we are a caring organization in our service to the membership, the school, and the community.
