To register as a full-time student at Pittsfield Middle High School, please complete the PMHS Registration Packet linked below. Copies are also available for pick up at PMHS.
Please submit the registration packet, along with the required documents listed on the registration packet cover page, to the main office at Pittsfield Middle High School. Once received, Kerith Muzzey, Guidance Office Administrative Assistant, will call to schedule a registration meeting.
