I have been teaching second grade in Pittsfield since 1982. I received my post secondary education at Chester University and Virginia Tech. I hold two NH Certifications – Experienced Educator and Technology Educator. I taught fourth, fifth and first grade before coming to PES. I enjoy working with the children of Pittsfield and am thrilled that I am able to work with new generations of past students. I live in Barnstead with my family. I have three children- two boys and a girl. I have two married children and four grandchildren. My teenage son lives at home. I have a dog named Buddy,2 cats named Meeko and Pest, and a leopard gecko named “Liz”. When I am not at PES, I enjoy gardening, crocheting, sewing, and spending time at Suncook Lake with my family. My hope and dream for this year is to guide my students to be better learners.
