Laura Bush Foundation Awards PES Library $5,000
PES was awarded a $5,000 Grant from the Laura Bush Foundation. Former First Lady Laura Bush worked as a public school librarian in Texas, and after leaving the White House set up the LBF to support urban and rural libraries throughout the 50 states. PES is the only NH library to be awarded the grant. …
Homework:
On Monday through Thursday evenings, students are assigned homework to reinforce concepts taught during the school day. These assignments should be completed as activities would in a school setting: in a quiet environment with adequate lighting and without distractions.
