We are very excited to begin the 2016-2017 school year at Pittsfield Elementary School. We want to extend a warm welcome to new members of our school community and welcome back all returning students and families.
On the first day of school PES students and staff met on the lawn for their first all-school meeting of the year.

On Friday, April 24, PES teachers are hosting parent-teacher conferences and sharing third quarter report cards. Several teachers are hosting conferences prior to that date as well. Look for a letter from your student’s teacher to set up a conference date and time.

As part of an Earth Day whole-school meeting on April 22, PES students witnessed and participated in the planning of a birch tree, donated to the school by Mr. Jeff Edmond of Millican Nursery in Chichester. Mr. Edmond and school board member, Mike Wolfe, were on hand to help students with the planting.
